Abstract
The article displayed the results of monitoring inspections of tomato and potato plants with symptoms that are characteristic for a virus infection. The evaluation of preliminary isolated as twisting of leaves of a potato steady against a virus (PLRV) grades concerning field stability and other economic valuable signs is spent. Samples Bintje, Buesa, Capella, Dryf, Gallina, Grata, Ilse, Leda, Lutetia, Mansour, Runo, Petrovska, Stepnjak, Yagodka, which didn’t have external symptoms of virus disease during research have been studied on the presence of latent infection caused by PLRV virus by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and electronic microscopy. Allocation of an initial material on stability to PLRV is spent also on the basis of genealogy.
