Abstract
The results of interspecific and intraspecific enzymatic system variability (MЕ, MDH, EST,сEST, GDH) of 4 bean species (Ph. vulgaris (L.) Savi, Ph. lunatus L. Ssp. Microsperma, Ph. acutifolius A Grau, Ph. multiflorus Lam) are stated in the work. The investigations showed that some particular enzymatic zones were typical for all isoenzymes. Polymorphism on interspecific level was revealed for enzymes Meand Est. These enzymatic systems may be used as markers of particular species. Enzymatic systems Gdh and сEst appeared to be monomorphic in the studied bean species. Polymorphism of the studied enzymatic systems will be used to learn the interrelation of the collection samples, and also to study phylogenetic interrelation of bean species.
