Abstract

Goal. Study of genetic diversity of crop, selection of sources of resistance to diseases withcomplex traits of economic traits and creation of these accessions collections of different directionuse.Results and discussion. According to the results of three years of research (2009 - 2011ys)conducted at the Plant Production Institute nd. a. V.Ya. Yuryev of NAAS, there are givenimmunological characteristics of 40 varieties of sunflower populations world gene pool forresistance to the most common and damaging in the eastern part of the forest-steppe of Ukrainediseases: downy mildew, phomopsis, gray mold of sunflower, white rot stalk and head, floralparasite broomrape as well as a valuable economic traits: productivity and its elements , the lengthof the growing season.As a result, integration of data sources are highlighted in the groupsustainability, which is formed on the basis of indicative collection of sunflower resistance todisease. Geographical diversity of the sunflower indicative collection on disease resistance isrepresented by varieties–populations from 7 countries. The majority make varieties from Russia(19) and Ukraine (9). By one sample come from France, Argentina, Hungary, Cuba, US.Conclusions. To study the sunflower genetic diversity describe the spectrum of a traitmanifestation, 35 standards identified among studied accessions, which are a manifestation of thedisplay 12 signs with 61 levels according to their display gradation scales classifier.Sources ofgroup resistance are selected, which are the basis of trait collection of sunflower resistance todisease. There are identified 35 standards, which display variability of 12 traits on 61 levels oftheir manifestation according to the scale gradation of classifiers.
